Booking your perfect Florida Executive Holiday Villa with Sunshine Vacations is very easy and straight forward.

Book your Executive villa in Florida in 3 easy steps

1. Choose your accommodation from the selection available. You can then ask us to hold you choice or find out more by filling in the contact form quoting the villa reference. If the villa you want is not available on your selected dates.....No worries!

Just let us know your first choice and we will find you a comparable or upgraded home for the same price. We have access to hundreds of high quality, great value villas

2. If you prefer the personal touch please telephone our friendly reservations team on 01494 416420 in the UK or 001 863 223 1897 from the US and we will make the provisional reservation for you. The booking form can be emailed or posted to you.

3. Return the booking form to us. We ask for a $300 initial deposit to hold the villa with final payment due 10 weeks before arrival.

Other key points to know are:

Rates of our Florida Villas are from per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax.

Payment can be made in Dollars or Uk Pounds on Credit Card via Pay Pal or on line.

$250 security deposit is required, which is refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
Subject to property inspection.

There is an optional pool heating at fee from $25 per day (recommended between November and April).

Minimum stay 3 nights. Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $90.
